Walmart.com has the Halo 3 (Legendary Edition) priced at $60 + $7 shipping = $67 shipped. Option to have it shipped to your local store to avoid shipping. This limited edition version of Halo 3 comes with a Spartan Mjolnir Mark VI Helmet Case, Bonus Discs, The Cortana Chronicles and other Halo goodies.

i think halo 3 is a rip-off. basically, the game is short...doesn't give you anything new...and they make you dish out $60 for a piece of crap.

wtf is wrong with these developers coming out with crappy games like this.

#13 Wrong, you owe me $100. Give it to the Salvation Army and we will call it even.

    PC gaming is powerfull.

    Great computers are not cheap.

By the time I buy a computer it always seems to be out dated soon by a better faster computer.

I do not claim to know much about PC gaming. The strengths are there.

But.The console always has been a more enjoyable experience to me.

I spend enought time on my computer as it is.

And it is cool to own titles to collect and to have the physical disc for consoles.

I am trying to beat Super Macho Man in PunchOut Nes, Still have a blast Playing Mario Kart SNES, and do not mind the 49 bucks for xbox live...bacon is well done and always getting better.

    PC is the most powerfull.

But I would not want exchange it in the place of not having a console. I digg my PS3 and 360 for different reasons.

Maybe I will get a Wii for gatherings.

(This message may not be totally coherent...I was just thinking out loud)

Good Luck to everyone in the holidays and the new year.

Hopefully for all us gamers the options keep getting better in all avenues and aspects of gaming!

I appreciate the graphics of the newer line of games, but I think the PC controls are better than console (Xbox) controls. I still love & play the Quake series of games against the bots and with a friend (FREE ha) over the net.

Dunno why you kidz are getting your panties in a territorial knot over who likes what game. How many different cars are there? Hairstyles? I like #27's perspective. The choices available now are awesome.

I don't think it matters who likes PC games and who likes xbox. This is a great deal on a game that all xbox owners should have. The regular edition is stil $59, so why not get the legendary here for the same price? The only problem is, what xbox owner doesn't already have Halo?

I loved Halo 1 but 2 just seemed so short for all of the hype. I love htese types of games though. I wish there were more, but then again I come from the Unreal time period.

Halo 3 may not be cutting edge but it does provide one thing that is a requirement: a great gaming experience. It used to be all about the games and now most people are jaded if they don't have the most incredible graphics. The graphics are good in the game but the gameplay is fantastic. The best? Maybe not but definitely among the best.

For any that think Halo 3 looks impressive on a big screen. Try hooking a pc with a good dx10 video card (8800 series) up to that same screen and loading crysis on the TV's native resolution. If you were impressed by Halo 3 then your jaw will drop at crysis.

#10: Absolutely right. Keyboard and mouse is one of the main reasons why console fps games can't compare to PC ones. That and the outdated hardware on a console that can't be upgraded until the next gen console.
