These don't seem like a Ben's kind of item at this price. Except for the blemishes maybe.

I have their Mod2 system. It is pretty devent - but not as great as some of the reviews suggest. they are certainly better than Bose. Both Orb and Bose have small speakers, so there is only so much these can do - despite claims. Just make sure when you set them up, the polarities used are correct, there is a decent sub and (if your reveicer allows), you have done the sound calibrations for the room. I have this paired with the Denon 2808ci, and after the audyssey calibration, the improvement in sound was substantial. I credit the Denon more than Orbs for this. They do look very nice in the living room - I have black ones in the front (on top of very dark wooden cabinets) and white ones for surround on the white wall.
