Great momitor for the price check the history for my write-up from when I popped for this last month. Great BfB, if you don't see yourself really needing HDMI connector and VESA.
Sure that Acer above is bigger, still no HDMI VESA, the PSU is contain in the panel, while it look to have large(r) angular surround and stand, it not as sedate, more "gaming" in appearance which is it's plus.
