Today only. Geeks.com has the refurbished Hannspree SN12E238UP212 12.1" Dual Core Netbook, Red for $300 + $12 average shipping = $312 shipped. Shipping ranges from $10 - $14.
As for geeks.com, they have been around forever, I used to buy from them a lot years ago, never had any problems.
I personally think a 12.1 laptop is a great form factor. Everyone thought the 10 inch netbooks were so "cute", but when people tried to use them with the small keyboard and screen, they usually tossed them aside. I have 12.1 laptop that I keep on my kitchen table, it takes up little space on the table, but allows me to check email, browse web, keep up on things while I eat.
Users also say this handles video well, a major drawback of most netbooks.
That's a good price for a dual-core, 6-cell, 12".
Buying a refurb from Geeks = fail.
This actually gets pretty good reviews from users, check out this forum thread-

The bitches already raised the price to $329.99, typical Geeks game playing.
geeks should not be a store in my opinion
I didn't notice this was a refurb. Did the description get updated?
^ most of geeks notebooks/etc are refurbs, certainly any selling at an arguably good price
