Isnt this design pretty old? I know its the II series, but seems its been around for a while. Anyone know if it still uses the same electronics as it did when it was new? Might be old technology.

Hmmm... I wonder if putting some flowers into the top port hole we could tweak the tuning frequency and get a little lower.

the sub is nice, the speakers are of good quality, but there is no way to really crank it like a boombox.

meanwhile #1 is dead on. This thing has hovered over $100 for like 10+ years.
