Amazon.co.uk has Harry Potter - The Complete 8-Film Collection Blu-ray Set (Region-Free) on pre-order for $51 - $9 off at final checkout + $5 postage/packing to U.S. (6 to 10 business days) = $47 shipped (USD). You can use your Amazon.com account to check out. Includes Deathly Hallows Parts 1 and 2. Scheduled for release on December 2nd.
This has been posted for about a week now on other forum boards. The price can float with the exchange rate from day to day. Since Amazon does not charge you until the product ships, the price can float until Dec 2nd when it is to ship. Also your charge card may tack on an additional fee for a foreign exchange or tranaction fee on your credit card bill too. That fee will vary with your card and the card company; read your fine print.
All that being said, I ordered this about 6 days ago. You will not find the 8 disk BlueRay set in the US and there is talk that as of the first of the year there will be no Harry Potter disk releases for two years. No new sets or content from the studio, something like Disney does. Another marketing ploy to limit supply and keep prices up. That was the talk on the other boards and I do not know if it is true or not.....
Great price, purchased them individually for my son and spent well over $100.
How come I get a higher amount $48+, is it because of the currency converter?
Will you be responsible for paying customs on this?

Are these going to be 1920*1080 resolution videos?
