I, too, preordered this about a month ago. Just got a package in from the UK shipped air mail today so should be it...
Foreign transaction fee by your credit card company may be tacked on but no sales tax. Someone has to take their cut, it is just who do you want to give it to.
Got mine already. Get a credit card with no foreign transaction fees.
