Um, you sure about that? Their webstore rate is $249.
Perhaps you meant their standard one and not the HD version?

Anyways, I'm looking to replace my replay 4050 with something that's got full HD capacity and dual tuner support. Unfortunately, this one only has S-video and component in (and loop out) and only upto 720p/1080i. And it requires a PC...
