Note that this does not come bundled with a remote nor an IR blaster, which lets you take control of a set-a-top box. I have the bundle that comes with the RC and blaster for my HTPC and am very pleased. Works well with Vista media center. Note: do not use any of the software or drivers that come bundled. Hauppauge makes great hardware but poor software. If on a windows machine, let the OS find the drivers for you.
