Newegg has the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 Dual TV Tuner 1229 for $114 - $10 off coupon code EMCMLLM47 [Exp 10/3] = $104 with free shipping. This dual tuner card from Hauppauge lets you watch and record two different TV channels, and it doesn't matter if they're digital or analog.

ATSC, NTSC and ClearQAM. And it even has a FM tuner.

Spending too much time considering this. Amazon has white box for $109, and retail box for $128. Search for WinTV-HVR-2250 on Amazon if you're interested. Before someone points out that $104 is less than $109, I'd like to point out that Amazon has no sales tax in CA. And while the Egg says theirs is retail box, their photos (and product #) show the white box.

Let me point out that Amazon always charges me sales tax so I tend to avoid Amazon. Link to photo of retail box that differs from newegg's photo please...

I got the Avermedia Dual card for $60, white box, and it works great - just ATSC/QAM (x2) though.

Don't use the software that comes with this. It's garbage. Either use it with Windows Media Center, or go with some 3rd party software like GBPVR.

Does Windows Media Center support Clear QAM yet? How about Window 7?
