Newegg has the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 Dual TV Tuner 1229 for $113 - $5 coupon code EMCLTNS64 [Exp 7/1] = $108 with free shipping. This dual tuner card from Hauppauge lets you watch and record two different TV channels, and it doesn't matter if they're digital or analog.

I have this in my HTPC, it works pretty well, gets all analog and digital channels in Windows 7 Media Center. Seems to have problems with Ati Catalyst drivers (pink artifacts), so consider an nVidia-based solution instead if you want hardware-accelerated playback.

Don't get this if you use vista or xp and want clearQAM. Windows 7 is the only os that supports this, and it does it well. As for #1, my onboard ATI graphics work fine...W7 really is amazing, drivers are included for both the video card and this tuner card.

@#3: Windows 7 default drivers for ATi onboard graphics don't have the pink artifacts problem, but there is no overscan/underscan control for the HDMI output like in the Catalyst Control Center. This means about 10-15% of my screen is wasted on a black border in 1080p. 720p covers the whole screen, but it's a shame to have to do that on a 1080p HDTV. Hoping ATi fixes their drivers (which are a pain to install) or Microsoft comes up with better drivers instead.

not for slow processors - it doesn't come with a mpeg encoder built-in on the card, so it taxes your system.
