eBay with TomTop has the AV Wall Plate with HDMI VGA RCA Female Ports for $5.78 + $0 shipping = $5.78 shipped. Extremely useful for running cables through the walls.
HDMI yes, RCA maybe, but forget about longer runs with VGA... might get a decent signal from a closet to the monitor on the other side of the same wall these are on, with good cables and limited resolution.
I'd probably take the D-sub VGA connector off and put a DC barrel socket in its place to distribute 12VDC, or maybe a USB socket to distribute ~ 5.1VDC w/o data if the run is too long for a USB repeater cable to manage.

For HDMI, you need an active cable to support 1080p on longer runs too.
