eBay with TomTop has the AV Wall Plate with HDMI VGA RCA Female Ports for $5.75 + $0.39 shipping = $6.14 shipped. Extremely useful for running cables through the walls.
After observing the photos AV Wall Plate with HDMI VGA RCA, it requires soldering for the VGA and audio ports. Soldering VGA ports can be fun. Although all 15 pins are not necessary, it is not something may installers would enjoy.
The USB outlebaconas many reviews on Amazon stating it does not fit in standard outlet boxes. Better measure electrical box before ordering.
I wouldn't worry about the VGA port too much, VGA can't go long distances at high bandwidth (resolution) and by long distances at today's common 1080p and above, I mean a single digit # of feet. You're already nearly exceeding that plugging your monitor into the wall, let alone where it goes from there.
A tip for soldering VGA... Pre-tin (fill) the pins' cavities with solder and let them cool, wet the leads with flux, then reflow the solder while you insert the wire.
