I bought these for my garage. Not the most sturdy things and you can't put large or medium sized bins on them because they're not tall enough. But overall they're fine for holding most of your random junk.
veastez is very likely correct... the stores almost go out of their way to hide these. TOTALLY worth the $20. I bought 3 and they're great, no tools needed for assembly and takes less than 5-min to build each one.
