Did a LOT of builds back in the day with this power supply. Not sure it's a great choice nowadays, but I'm not aware of any failures out of the dozens of builds I did with these.
Still have a Q6600@3.6ghz and an overclocked 8800gt that's run for the last 5 years with one of these. It's been passed down numerous times and is now my 5 year old's "gaming" computer.
