good price for a bad product
I believe this is one of the only rear exhaust 4670 in the market today and for that you pay a premium. However, I'm not sure most would need it as the actual BTU dumped into the case by this series isn't off the scale. Most often rear exit has its' place in stock low air flow case, where a buyer would rather plug and play.
Honestly, those folk should not always go that route… I've have had a change in think on this lately. Those cases, mobo components, and PSU will all benefit from the extra air flow from add on fan. Obviously something that's a benefit if running at the upper limit of what the machine built to provide. The other side is these coolers you really need to blow out of the dust bunnies regularly, and if you're not into getting in there often then a open radial cooler is better for those folks.
Egg just added this new Asus version and it's $55 –AR $20, with normal $7 shipping. Yes, it's a 1Gb card, but still it's lower than most 512Mb… so just for-get-a-bout-it!
