This video card says that it has two DVI outs, but with only one HDMI out with an adapter. I thought any DVI out can be converted to an HDMI with an adapter or a DVI to HDMI cable?

Seems like a good deal, better than a 9500GT for sure.

#3 -- Is in the right direction. Hands down more card than a 9500GT DRR2 which many deals push. Those GT's are almost always more out of pocket and $20 rebate.
I'd say having the ability to output 7.1 audio is a a boost. Considering the 48XX have all reduced in price I was wondering when/if ATI would start press 46XX and 4550's into a more aggressive position.
Saying that... this same card was $40 backin NOV.

Nice cheap solution to provide a little oomph for folks with stock PSU's on their off-the-shelf boxes (no PCI-E needed). Not a big gamer, but it'll run most titles fine. Definitely the winner in the non-existent Tom's Hardware category "Best card for $50 or less".

#2: ATI cards have built in audio, so they can output audio along the HDMI cable along with the video. However, this audio is only hooked up to one of the DVI ports. You can convert the other DVI port to HDMI, but you'll need to get the audio in some other way.

    What #10 said.

Don't waste you time, spend $75 and get the Sapphire 4830.

#7 -- Has the accurate counsel.
If you don't play any modern gaming titles and never intend to, save your credit card from dumping something to the tune of $45 extra. Which you'll have to pay back sooner than the rebate arrives; and it really ends up not really working your economic favor.
