Makes no sense, too slow to game and not much less expensive than an entire mobo w/integrated HD video.

It has been $40, and with the newer RV740 coming out in early April I would see the 4650 and respective pricing marching down.

If building a new lower-end do-all regular computer most 780G mobo's can provide the same level of proficiency, and would be all you need. Although that won't help those with an older Dell, with say a 6150 IGS mobo, they then need to worry about COA on the Dell OS which changing the mobo will most likely entail. While, if they want to game the PSU will in all probability needs to be changed to run any capable gaming card.
