I cant believe these drives are still around (Hitachi/IBM).
expect huge price decrease as soon 2.5" 1 TB drives begin marketed.
these 320gb drives will be around $30 range very very soon.
yeah, we used to call them deathstars (deskstars).
yea i noticed the changed to name to travel stars so we couldn't call them deathstars anymore.
losing all that data when the disk fails however may still cause much travail. if that name catches on you heard it here first.
not a bad price at $49 for a notebook drive indeed!
deals on these 2.5 drives do not come along often. definite good deal.
2.5 drives have come a long way. when i was in the market for one 80GB was the cutting edge. Prices have come down considerably since then.
