I hate FTD, this particular one might be a good deal but the minimum purchase price for FTD is $10 higher than the local flower store and there are additional processing fees.
Go to your local florist instead of the online ones like this. Last time my friend spent over $100 on 800floweres.com for a bouquet, but when his wife saw the one I got for my gf from a local Chinese florist, she had to admit that the one she got can't compare to it. And I paid only $60.
I agree with #1 and #2.
Unfortunately, I have sent flowers in the past from online florists and most people thank you for the gift, but don't tell you the quality is terrible. If you're going to order from an online florist, Kabloom appears to provide a small, individual water supply for each flower during shipping so they arrive in relatively good condition.
I was absolutely mortified by the condition of the flowers from FTD and proflowers.com and am leery of online florists. Even after I reported the terrible condition the flowers arrived in (rusted petals, tips of all petals brown and dry, head of a rose missing, etc.) the replacement roses were just as atrocious.
Does anyone know where I can order lilacs?
