    so if the cable becomes damaged, you'd have to replace the entire enclosure -_-

    Does the casing of the drive have a stinger? If the drive stung me I'd be pissed!

    why would the cable be damaged? I have never seen anyone damage the usb cable before..

    This thing has to be hung from the usb port because the cable is way too short - NOT cool!!

    #6 by itself the cable doesn't look to be very long, but they do provide a Y cable for extension
