how long does the battery last on this one?
1.6GHz? I realize this is a quad i7 in a laptop, but even so, 1.6GHz is going to be pretty anemic.
#3 quad core procs in laptops are clocked slower to "improve battery life" and can use Turbo Boost to increase clock speed. However if you are into gaming only, go with a dual core processor with higher clock speed. These quad cores are only good with multithreaded apps such as video rendering and such...
Coupon code showed "invalid" for me. I tried with a $1500 config to test the coupon since it didn't work for my $1200 configuration and still no good. Probably good it didn't though as I shouldn't be pending $900 on a laptop.
