Really nice price. this is an MVA panel, basically halfway between the standard TN and IPS. It gives better contrast(very nice dark blacks, according to reviews of this monitor) and better viewing angles compared to TN, but has slower response time.
Just keep in mind that it only has a DP connection, no HDMI, DVI, or VGA. Reviews on Amazon were mixed on whether or not converters would work, so if you don't have a DP output on your computer, do some research before buying. You may be out of luck.
