      Wow! This is like carrying an 18.4" HD LCD TV in your backpack! You will definitely need a backpack with shoulder and back supports, as this thing has got to weigh close to 16 pounds!!!

      9800M GS or GTS would have been better. Sad Then I'd take the best buy toshiba I just bought for $999 back and get this one.

      the 9600 will not cut it for anyone who wants to use this thing as a desktop replacement.

      Yea the 9600 wouldn't be the best for desktop. So, you should buy it, then strap a stick of dynamite to it, and throw it at your neighbor.

      18.4- I have a dv6500t and it works great. Can't imagine an HD version and larger screen. This around the same price that Dell wants for their xps.
