This display has a 16ms response time - more than triple that of even budget monitors. I haven't seen numbers that high in over 5 years. This will result in smearing and tearing of any medium to fast moving images. Gamers, video editors and sports watchers should NOT buy this.
^ That 16ms spec is the on/off rating, not the gray to gray rating you're comparing against for other cheap monitors. The response time should be about average for this monitor. Main draw of it is that it's very thin.
