I had a laptop battery that was under recall due to fire hazard; NEVER GOT A REPLACEMENT!
Did everything they asked; 3 TIMES. Submission was always "lost" or "missing" something and what was "missing" was what I submitted as I kept copies of what I sent in.
After 6 months and countless promises that they would replace it, I gave up and it never showed up.
That's fine; I've never bought an HP product since and never will again. I was also put in charge of all the office printers and supplies and over a years time I eliminated all HP printers and switched us over to Canon; not only did stick it to HP, I saved my employer a bundle with the lower cost to operate Canons; yeah, I HATE HP that much.
