Refurbished. Only 90 day warranty.My Son has the AMD A10 version of this laptop. It is a nice machine but i don't expect it to be a durable over time as some of the other HP laptops (like the DV6, DV7 series). An extended warranty might be a worthy investment.
Nice lighted keyboard though.
