Second #1 and #2, eCost has probably the shittest customer service rating of all major online e-retailers.

They carry shitty refurbished products that are scarily shitty that I had to send it my HP Mini for service right after I got it the VERY FIRST day! Now it's in HP repair for over 2 weeks, by the time I got it back, there isn't much days left in the original manufacturer's 90 day warranty.

WORST of ALL, HP will charge you to ship their junk back to repair and the warranty service DO NOT cover shipping!

I spent $350 + $30 shipping for this crap, (it's now listed on eCost for $250). I am so regreted for buying this piece of baconnaise.

      YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

A refurb from eCost is such a waste of time. Spend a little more and get a new one from a reputable dealer.
