I agree. These guys send me a beat up, scratched "refurbished" PSP and then did not take it back.

I second #1 and #2. eCost is the shittest online reatailer of ALL TIME!!!!

I sent me a beat-up "refurbished" HP mini notebook with a broken speaker in it, every time I turn it on, the windows starts up a cracking startup tune. A few days later I can't bear it anymore, called eCost, they refused to exchange/refund. So I took it up to HP service, goddame HP charges shipping for crap product required to be sent in for service. I was tired of arguing, so I paid $15 shipping, it took 20 days to service and got it back finally a couple days ago, and vola, the battery compartment is MESSED UP! The shithead techinical at HP repair service replaced the speaker but didn't even bother to test before sending it back, he jammed in the two hooks in PCB board and screwed the cases in with those two hooks sticking out, so now I have a piece of junk that I cannot even put batteries in! Worst of all, that moron left two rubber feet missing on the bottom of the notebook so the laptop will not stand evenly on a flat service, how fixed up!? I had to call in and sent in for service again, but the time I got it the second time, it will past the HP refurbish warranty. So BE WARNED!!!!

I have pics, see for yourself.
