Recently shopped for a scanner, and if we didn't need a greater scan resolution, I would've gotten this to replace the scanner and printer.

I always end up having problems with HP print cartridges or something. For years I would buy a cheap $30-50 printer, use it for a few months, then it breaks. 6 months ago got a Brother Laser and it's rock solid, though.
