      read Amazon reviews. If you get a bad one ( very poor quality control), poor customer service will cause you to refrain from ever contemplating another HP.

      The bad reviews look like software issues. Probably with a virus involved. And one bad review for it not including a dial up modem.

      Customer service in general sucks with any company..
