dunno.. maybe it's your connection.. I watch whole movies on netflix on the touchpad with no problems.. sometimes youtube is slow.. but sometimes youtube is slow on my i7 16GB laptop.. no surprise there
I agree with @thepod, works great with ICS. Netflix videos stream no problem. Only had to figure out to insert headphones before launching Netflix in order for headphones to work.
I got one when it was $210. And it works great so far in web OS. I installed ICS in CyanogenMod 9. It has the random reboot problem in the beginning. After did a research online, I found that this issue is only for a few of touchpad. most of them don't have this issue at all. But the solution is simple, just mute the every sound in the system setting, and then the random reboot problem goes away. There is also a patch for the random reboot issue.
I can connect to my android phone though bluetooth, share photo, doing car navigation when driving. I copied 720P movies to this touchpad, and play them, and so far it works great! I haven't got any slow motion issue at all. There also are some system tune tool on the google play that you can over lock your touchpad CPUs, and it's really easy to use.
CyanogenMod 9 is still in Alpha, but it already works great on my touchpad!
I'm very happy with the performance of CM9 (ICS) on my Touchpad. I do have occasional problems with WiFi not wanting to connect. I installed WiFi Fixer, which resets the connection whenever it drops. That helps most of the time but I wish there was a better fix.
Another issue I have is if the battery drains all the way, it won't let me charge with the included charger. The trick I found is to use a smaller amperage charger until it can boot (and ignore warnings about it), then the included charger will work. I also have this issue under WebOS.
I have one and the WebOS works fine. Sometimes I have to reestablish a wireless connection when it wakes up but otherwise no anomalies. Been unsuccessful putting ICS on it. When I attempt it it says it can't find the Touchpad attached to the PC. Some say that sometimes the drivers to make this work don't install properly on the PC so try a different one. When I get the time...
Yeah, I have this thing and it has all these sucky problems but I love it. It's awesome! There is no buyer's remorse. There is no buyer's remorse. There is no buyer's remorse. There is no buyer's remorse... there, maybe now I can get some sleep.
Not again....
Got mine for $150. it's not so great with android.
I actually think it's great with Android ICS.,. everything works perfectly and it's usually quite snappy.. what problems do you have?
Online streaming videos have audio/video lags.

and what are the odds that ICS in CyanogenMod 9 will ever go beyond Alpha?
