PC Connection Express has the refurbished HP TouchPad 32GB 9.7" Tablet for $209 with free shipping. Use CyanogenMod (alpha) to dual-boot WebOS and Android OS.
9.7" LED multi-touch LCD, 1.3MP front camera, 802.11b/g/n
1.2GHz Snapdragon dual-core CPU, Flash support, Bluetooth
I would buy one at the Fire Sale price. Of course, you're going to tell me you can't get 32GB Touchpads for $150 or 16GB for $100 anymore, but the point is that it has set a benchmark. Certainly wouldn't pay more than than $150 for a used one, especially when as is always the case, better, faster, more capable, more refined products, and better support, is just around the corner - still waiting on that $250 Tegra 3 tablet announced back in January. As good as the Touchpad is, the tinkering to get it to Android might not appeal to many. So the upshot is: is $209 refurbished worth it to you in the current marketplace, hoping you're a tinkerer and have a use for it that justifies the expense? Or is $209 low enough to justify your curiousity? Am definitely not in the latter group.
i would buy one at $190
