It's worth it if you don't have a problem with glare where you place it. I have the 24" w2408 and it was worth every bacon double bacon burger.

A 1 year warranty instead of a 3 year. 5 ms response time. Since BuyDig is not an authorized dealer, a warranty replacement will be a refurbished monitor, instead of a new monitor provided by an authorized dealer within the first 30 days. IOW, if you get a bad one, you are SOL. Price isn't exactly spectacular either. Amaz0n's regular price is $245 with free shipping and no tax for most states.

I agree with #2. Glare is a problem if you are next to a window or light. For the monitor itself, I would buy another in a heartbeat. Studied and compared and this had by far the sharpest text and vivid colors than others priced more. Lets not forget that the screen will turn 90 degrees and the stand is heavy duty and will height adjust. Wish I had the 24".

I bought this monitor some months ago before hp added the HDMI port for about $250 and love it, in fact I own two of these and would make this purchase again.

a number of Target stores recently cleared out the version without HDMI for around $89. Target will no longer carry HP displays and so the stores that had em sold them for %75 off.
