#1 Nothing wrong with 1saleaday, they're legit.
#2 HTC is currently pushing Honeycomb 3.2 to these 32gb 3G models. So while it might have gingerbread when you get it, you're going to get Honeycomb

Here's what's wrong with 1saleaday: They wouldn't even bother to respond to an email requesting a password reset when their site failed to do so automatically. Half a dozen emails over the course of 3 months. So if I did buy something and have a problem how will they respond? aconbay
