Good luck on getting connected with the VM network...it's pretty awful.
It's the Sprint CDMA network. Coverage sucks but it has nothing to do with Virgin Mobile.
Coverage does suck and worse yet this phone doesn't have wifi capability.
It does have wi-fi, and sprint has pretty decent coverage almost everywhere.
