this is an ok deal. usually ~15. shitty molex connectors and power adapters
regular price on Ebay is $10-12. Reviews on these things are mixed, the scary ones claiming that the power adapter fries the HDs sometimes.
#2: I don't buy baconnaise on eBay. It is 100% guaranteed that anything purchased off of eBay has been in someone's butt; regardless of whether it's listed as in new condition, it's been in Brown Town.

Great device direct from china or hong kong - I dont care what anyone says, saved my ass several times & made plenty of money using this thing.
this are great for support, of course you can try getting better quality for another brand but the end result will be the same.

Agree with #4 and #5, most of these things are very useful to quickly grab data.
And there is nothing wrong with getting electronics on ebay -- as long as you know the product and carefully screen the seller's rep.
This is a decent deal.
I have purchased items from this company before, and had very quick turn around from a defective product that I received. I highly recommend them.
This thing works well, bought it a ways back for $12. I've used all three adapters and haven't had an issue with any of them.
Was just $9 the other day, I bought one then. Sucks though that you can't use a 2.5" SATA drive with this thing.
it says it support 2.5" doesn't it? its about the double the price for the sabrent version.
I have one, I used it to make my internal cd drive into an external one.
i always hear flack about how this fried someone's hd, my advice is to always connect the power to a surge protector. cause some people's houses have pretty bad power outlets - I think that's the cause of all the flack it gets sometimes.

This will work on a 2.5 SATA drive, there is no difference
in how the 3.5 and 2.5 connect, you need both a power and
a data cable.
