MeritLine.com has the IDE to SATA or SATA to IDE Adapter for $9 - $5 off coupon code MLC4003795 [Exp 7/17] = $4 with free shipping. Supports ATA 100/133 and SATA.
Save yourself some aggravation, buy these from (or a great variety of others, free ship) from dealextreme instead. Great service and no need to deal with the underarm of the net p'mp'd by bensie.
Funny how the page tells you it ships airmail from Hong Kong, then during checkout they give you the option to pay more for other shipping methods... meaning you could pay $12 or more and what it would do is get the package delivered to that shipper the same day it otherwise would've been delivered to you free, then you wait while the shipper gets it on a truck and delivers it a day or more later.
One issue with these though, that the way they stick out they aren't very good use of space when connected to the back of a PATA drive. Some are right-angle connectors instead which is better most of the time.
Seems like a good price to put a new drive in an old PC or an old drive in a new PC.
I am in for a couple. Seems a fair price.
SWEET! I can hook up my blazing fast SATA vRaptor to it and use it for gaming!!!
Looks good I'm in for a couple

Does the coupon work for more than 1?
#5, Dealextreme has good prices but you need to wait a while for anything to arrive!
Yes the coupon works for more than one. Saved $10.00 on the two I purchased
Good price for a two-way adapter.
