iTunes Store has the iDisplay App (iOS 3.0+) for $1.99 downloaded. Turns an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch into an additional interactive wireless display for your computer. Compatible with both Mac and Windows.
It's a bit laggy in WiFi, as I would have expected, but overall a pretty cool thing. I also had a problem where the desktop app was binding to the wrong IP on my desktop so you might face that challenge if you have multiple IPs, NICs or virtual interfaces on Win 7. I just disabled the alternate IP since I only had it there for testing something a while ago.
It's even cooler than I thought. You can walk around with this and use it as an extension of your PC desktop. You can call up the keyboard/mouse and bring apps to the iDisplay. I guess it could almost be described as "bidirectional RDP". A regular might be easier to use if this last part is what appeals to you but it's interesting in an app that expands your PC display.
