    $8 seems a little expensive. I've seen them for $5 or less.

    I have one. Good, sturdy and charge stays for a long time unlike the shakelights. But you can get a better deal else where though. With the current 20% live.com rebate, you can get a better deal than this on a similar item. =)

    You're never gonna use this, don't waste your money. I have one and it just sits in a drawer. The instructions want to to wind it up every three months and for at least 1 minute.

    i have had one for years bought at walgreens for $15 worked great for the first 6-9 months of use, now you have to crank it alot to get any where near the power it used to have . not sure why but it is great for kids or emergencys

    definately great for emergencies and I can't tell you how many times i have needed a flashlight but all of the ones in the house had dead batteries. cheap and handy
