They look like rebadged Kyoceras. If it's the case, they're a mixed bag. They support bluetooth stereo, headset and control profiles which means they're perfect to use with a cellphone. You can listen to music, pause, play, skip backwards and forwards, and if a call comes in, you can pick it up, the music volume goes down automatically, and resumes after the call.
They also have spectacularly good battery life (a good 12 hours of music listening)
Unfortunately, there are a few negatives: the microphone is really bad; the cord gets in the way (hey, aren't these supposed to be cordless?), and finally the pads are heavy, thick, don't stay in place if you're jogging (forget about using these at the gym) and look ridiculous.
I bought the discontinued Kyoceras a while back from Woot for $35. Great deal at that price, but I think these are a little too pricey. In that price range the Motorola S9 is probably better (more comfortable, stays in place, good microphone) although its battery life is considerably less.

Usually the latency is the biggest problem with these bluetooth headphones.
