eBay with Botach Tactical has the Inova XO3 143 Lumen LED Tactical Flashlight (Titanium) for $22 with free shipping. Ligthts up to 146m (479 ft), waterproof to 1 meter, and has push button tailcap.
Nice flashlight for the money if you want durability and longer runtime opposed to the brightest light per dollar possible. Uses 2 x 123A cells though, while I'd trade a little runtime for the ability to use 2 x AA NiMH.
Costco typically has a 3-pack of Cree flashlights (TechLite Lumen Master) for $18 if you have one nearby.
The last batch was 300 lumen. Previous to that they were 200 lumen. I have their 200 lumen and it's way bright. Uses 3-AAA. Nice build quality but slightly sharp on the edges... tap them with a hammer to round off the edges if you like. On medium, On full, strobe. Nice spot in middle with very usable flood around the spot. Highly recommend them.
Do the Costco ones still have the low battery indicator in the tail end? If so they chew through batteries in a few months. Had come and have stopped using them. No sense leaving them on the shelf if, when you need them, the batteries are dead.
Amazon reviews for the Costco lights aren't too good at 2.5/5 rating, though you might be able to remove the low battery indicator circuit if you don't want it.

If it's got "Tactical" on the box, you know it's swell!
