There are coupons posted to get them to that price. Check out Chubby Moneyclip site for information.

#5 - don't need to get too attached to any particular notebook. The supply is replenished throughout the day, especially on Mondays.

#2 - from what I can see, no you cannot. The SSD is just a circuit board, not a std HDD shell and connector. Look on youtube for "how to's".

I got one - it's quite good, especially for the price, but the keyboard is bad for touch typing, Plan to adjust xp for max performance, delete unnecessary software and you're good to go. Buy a larger ssd when they get cheaper for now an sdhc will supplement the very meager 8gb ssd mine came with. I can't imagine xp running on this with only 4gb ssd.

I have an MSI wind also and can say the 120GB HD and better keyboard make that a good choice, though the touchpad is awful on the MSI.

I bought one of these when they were $239. Been a great portable, wireless web browser so far. I use it at work. Our wired network blocks nearly everything when browsing but the free "customer" wifi" is pretty much wide open. That's why I bought it.

It would be far more appealing to me with a HDD. I just need a bit more than the storage afforded by these SSDs. Even though my big HD in 1996 was only 400mb, even 40 times that does little for me now.
