I don't view this as a huge rebate amount. $30 or 1/4 the retail amount isn't that big a risk proportionally or absolutely speaking unless the rebatee is living at Mom's and mowing lawns for a living. In that case, the rebatee must carefully evaluate the rebator's credibility. It could end up that the rebatee could become a victim of a Master Rebator in disguise...
