Newegg has the Intel 520 Series SSDSC2CW120A3K5 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal SSD for $130 with free shipping. Features up to 550MB/s read speed with up to 25,000 IOPS, 500MB/s write speed with up to 40,000 IOPS, and 1,200,000 hours MTBF.
Pretty good price. I get a kick out of companies putting in 7200rpm hard disks and calling them "gaming PC's" If you are into PC gaming a SSD drive should be your next purchase.
BF3 loads up lightning quick and I am always the first into servers by about 5-10 seconds. Windows 7 boots up under 5 seconds. And they should last 5-10 times longer than conventional hard disks because of no moving parts.
FWIW, I've had no problems with mine. Intel's SSDs are generally considered the most reliable. My only gripe is that, for the price, these things are so far behind in storage capacity when compared to spinning disks. I've still got a "normal" 512 GB hard drive paired up with this SSD. Hopefully 1+ TB SSDs will drop to a reasonable price in the near future.

They should last longer, but from the reviews, you'd think that 1/4 to 1/2 fail in the first few weeks in one way or another.
