Does anyone know if ZipZoomFly is shipping the E0 stepping Q9550, or the C1?

Nothing, they're acting in the same way biggots and racists do... extreme hatred for something they know nothing about and therefore fear it.

eBillMe is pretty much just an ACH Push from your bank account. It's the same way you'd pay for something with Paypal. There's no credit checks, monthly fees, fees per transaction... nothing. It's just another safe way to move money directly from your bank account and in this case you get a bonus since you're given a discount for using their service (how else is Paypal supposed to get some competition forcing their god awful fees down).

Now I'm sorry you children don't own your own bank accounts yet and need to borrow my mommy's credit card for everything... but it's time for you to grow up!

    Get over yourself #5.

It's only for NEW eBillMe customers, so once you've used it, no more deals.

What's your point? Some people haven't used it yet therefore it's still a deal for them. I misinterpreted your post as one of the dumbasses who are against ebillme because they think it's like billmelater and I apologize for that.
