I'm in! I've been waiting for this to drop to near $200 and finally can start my next build. If you build it... the apps will come. Thanks Ben.

A reviewer from newegg who I agree with. Just an opinion:

If you have a single or dual core lga775 chip and my motherboard can support this chip, it is definitely a worthwhile upgrade as opposed to a full i7 conversion. The comparatively small performance difference is not worth the extra hundreds to most people, and those who care are likely not even spending the time to look at this because they already know that they want to burn the extra dollars.
If you have an old computer and are looking to build a new system from scratch, you should definitely go i7. Basically, you'll have to buy an expensive motherboard and some higher than average priced ram... But you will be using the new standard Intel platform, will have better performance and will be using DDR3 ram; also a new standard. It's worth the extra dough in this situation.

It says expired but both codes still work as of 4/18. Bought it for $223.36 total.
