Honestly I'm surprise at CPU/mobo combo I was more incline to think it would upwards of $350 for them both... to walk out right tonight for $280 is actually decent.

i7 - i5 = i2 (only 2 memory channels).

i7 was aboout 199.99 so .01 cheaper than i5!!
