They need to throw in allot more than a... shirt (or pants) for this to have me cough-up $378!
All of it today is below passable stuff, like a mundane Sandy Bridge i5-2310 2.9Ghz (95W) it might be dazzling if the price was $150 (or less), while the H61 mobo is seemingly archaic and pricey. I mean you can have a nice H77, while not a big difference if run a Sandy Bridge, you might as well get the latest Intel Technologies, at least if thinking of an SSD it has SRT caching, native support of USB 3.0 and can run DDR3-1600. Just one 4Gb stick of generic DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600), gee thanks... The case is at least not useless, but how big and obnoxious do the power and reset button need to be? The PSU in that is junk, while if you would think about using it be sure to get some good fans. Using that box and PSU without good cool air flow will guarantee that PSU won't have a prayer.
Here's a good use of funds while still retaining a i5. An Ivy Bridge i5-3330 3.0Ghz (77W) $190; AsRock H77M $70; G.SKILL Value 8GB (2x4Gb) DDR3-1600 (PC3 12800) $45, Rosewill FBM-01 Dual Fans M-ATX Mini Tower $30, Corsair Builder Series CX430 80 PLUS BRONZE Active PFC $20 (after rebate and code). All that is $355! Add that 1Tb HHD or if you could go with less capacity I like this WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB - after code is $50. Such a build is all leading-edge stuff, more efficient and only $27 more. Just consider if you want to get another 4Gb stick it cost you that much.
I'd buy this...if they threw in pants as well

Pants? Who wears pants these days!
The Consumer Protection Agency should fine them for calling this a super combo deal and not including super sized fries and a Coke...
