I doubt it #1. If it only has two air pockets, it's a piece of crap, and only good for the local 40' pond.
Much better choices out there for not much more money.
Amazon's product description says it's only good for calm waters. So #2 is correct.
get a tube, much fun. I got two.. Cost between 50-100 bucks..

#4 - You reminded me with the tube reference of younger days when the tube was king of the water "sports". You could even tie off a six pack and float all day
